Kugamon vs DealHub
DealHub is a standalone quote-to-revenue platform that syncs deal data into Salesforce. Kugamon stores every quote, order and subscription as a Salesforce record.
The short answer
- You quote across more than one CRM, or a buyer-facing deal room is central to how you sellDealHub. Multi-CRM support and DealRoom are its reasons to exist.
- Salesforce is your system of record and you need the quote of record, native reports and Agentforce on the actual dataKugamon. Quotes, orders and subscriptions are Salesforce records in your org — there is no synced copy.
- Cost and time to value decide itKugamon publishes $65–$125 per user per month with a fixed implementation fee and a 4–6 week migration from DealHub. DealHub does not publish pricing and scopes onboarding per customer.
Where DealHub is the better fit
Saying this plainly is what makes the rest of the page credible.
- DealRoom. A branded, buyer-facing digital sales room with in-room chat, mutual action plans, buyer-intent alerts, contract redlining and built-in eSignature. Kugamon's online quote acceptance is a secure link with the accepting contact recorded on the Quote, not a collaborative room.
- Multi-CRM. DealHub connects to Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365 and exposes its own CRM API. Kugamon is Salesforce-only by design.
- Contract lifecycle management. DealHub CLM covers contract creation, redlining, versioning and approvals; Kugamon's contract management is basic by comparison.
- Capital and momentum. A $100M growth round led by Riverwood Capital in January 2026 and the acquisition of Subskribe on November 19, 2025 give DealHub funding and a billing roadmap.

A synced copy is not the record
DealHub's Salesforce integration page says it plainly: quotes are configured in DealHub and deal data is synced to Salesforce CRM. That is the whole architectural difference, and it is worth being precise about what it costs a Salesforce-only team. The quote your reps build, the pricing rules behind it and the DealRoom the buyer sees all live on DealHub's platform; Salesforce receives a copy when the sync runs. Native reports run on the copy. Agentforce reads the copy. Pipeline forecasts are as current as the last sync. With Kugamon the Quote is a Salesforce record that drives the Opportunity amount, the Order is the record that creates Contracts, Subscriptions and Invoices on release, and there is no second system to reconcile because there is no second system. Ask both vendors the same question: if the integration stops for a day, what does my forecast show?
Two consoles or one
DealHub is administered in its own console with its own login, and DealHub says no coding or IT support is needed to run it. That is true and it is also a second admin surface: someone maintains DealHub playbooks and pricing alongside Salesforce Products, Price Books and permissions. Kugamon is configured in Kugamon Settings and Salesforce Flow by the admin you already have, in point-and-click, with instructor-led sessions during implementation. The test is the same one we suggest for every CPQ: ask each vendor to demo a three-level conditional approval and a bundle price change, live, configured by your admin. Then ask where the change is stored and which reports see it.

No. DealHub is a standalone platform with integrations to Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Its own Salesforce page describes quotes configured in DealHub with deal data synced back to Salesforce CRM. Kugamon is a managed package inside your org: every quote, order, subscription and invoice is a Salesforce record, so there is nothing to sync and nothing to export when you report on it.
Kugamon publishes its prices — $65 per user per month for CPQ, up to $125 for Subscription Billing — and a fixed implementation fee. DealHub does not publish pricing; its pricing page lists two tiers and three modules behind a Request Pricing form. The fair comparison is three-year total cost including implementation and the second admin surface, which the ROI calculator lays out with every DealHub figure labeled as an estimate.
DealHub acquired Subskribe on November 19, 2025 and has said Subskribe will be fully integrated into the DealHub platform with a single user experience and unified data model. No timeline, pricing continuity or migration mechanics have been published. If you are on either product, ask for the committed roadmap and support dates in writing before you renew.
Typically 4–6 weeks. Because DealHub is the system of record, the first step is exporting quotes, playbooks and pricing rules from DealHub; the catalog then lands on the standard Salesforce Product and Price Book, and guided-selling paths are rebuilt as Kugamon configuration groups and Flow approvals inside Salesforce.
When you run more than one CRM, when a branded buyer-facing DealRoom with mutual action plans and buyer-intent tracking is central to your sales motion, or when you need deeper contract lifecycle management than Kugamon's basic contract records. A Salesforce-only team that wants the quote of record in the org is the case Kugamon is built for.
