Vita Group engaged Kugamon in mid-2015 to build a Salesforce-based sales ordering system for its telecommunications business. By their own account in January 2020, over 250 active users were processing over 7,200 orders a month through it, integrated in near real time with their ERP. Every figure on this page is theirs, quoted from the review below.
Who they are
As Vita Group describes itself: a diverse multi-brand company with a retail presence in telecommunications, technology accessories, medical aesthetic clinics and men's athletics, with more than 1,700 team members and over 120 points of presence across Australia (as of November 2019). Nothing beyond their own description is used on this page.
What they needed
A new Salesforce-based sales ordering system to support a growing telecommunications business, with requirements the review calls "often not simple or standard": a mix of out-of-the-box capability and customization, worked through with Kugamon's founder and delivered to agreed timeframes.
What they run in Salesforce
Order processing at retail volume: over 250 active users, over 7,200 orders a month, integrated in near real time with their ERP for financial, product and inventory management. They say they use a subset of the feature set, and use it heavily. In Kugamon terms that is the Order side of the Quote to Cash edition and the Lead-to-Bill workflow: Orders, release, Shipments and Invoices as native Salesforce records, which is what an ERP integration reads from and writes to. Which ERP, and how the integration is built, Vita Group has not published, so this page does not say.
In their words
Vita Group is a diverse multi-brand company with a retail presence in telecommunications, technology accessories, medical aesthetic clinics and men’s athletics. We have more than 1700 team members and over 120 points of presence across Australia, generating over $750 million in revenue (November 2019).
We engaged Kugamon in mid-2015 to implement a new Salesforce based sales ordering system, to support our growing telecommunications business. Our requirements were often not simple or standard, and required a mix of out-of-the box capabilities, as well as customisations. We worked heavily with the founder and CEO, Kuldip Hillyer and have nothing but praise for his abilities to rapidly assimilate complex requirements to conceptualise and define the best solution to meet our needs. He and his team have always delivered high quality solutions and met their timeframes, and now provide excellent ongoing service and support.
Its fair to say that we only utilise a subset of the available feature set, but what we do use is used heavily. Today we have over 250 active users of the solution, processing over 7200 orders per month, and it integrates in near real time with our ERP for financial, product and inventory management.
Whilst the implementation was not without its challenges, we have now used Kugamon for over 4 years and would highly recommend them. Whilst there are cheaper options out there, but if you want a robust solution that works well with great support, Kugamon is definitely worth evaluating against your requirements and adopting if it meets your needs.

No. They are Vita Group's own published statements, from their AppExchange review of January 2, 2020, which is quoted in full on this page. Kugamon does not add, adjust or infer figures; read them in the review's own context.
Vita Group's review says plainly that there are cheaper options, and recommends evaluating Kugamon against your requirements and adopting it if it meets them. Kugamon's published per-user pricing is on the pricing page. The case the review makes is for a solution that works well with strong support, not for the lowest price.
Vita Group says only that Kugamon "integrates in near real time with our ERP for financial, product and inventory management". They have not published which ERP or how the integration is built, and this page does not guess. In general, Kugamon's Orders, Shipments and Invoices are native Salesforce records in the customer's own org, and its products are the standard Salesforce Product object, so an ERP integration reads and writes those records with whatever integration tooling the customer already uses.
Not entirely, by their own account. The review says the implementation "was not without its challenges" and that requirements were "often not simple or standard". It also says the team delivered and met its timeframes. All of those statements are reproduced above; none has been softened.
