CPQ ROI calculator: three-year cost, five platforms, your user count

Move the slider to your user count and pick a term. The calculator totals licence, implementation and admin cost for Kugamon, Revenue Cloud Advanced, Conga CPQ, DealHub and Nue. Kugamon’s licence and implementation are published. Every competitor figure is a labeled estimate: the midpoint of the low and high cases in our October 2026 competitor research, with no competitor’s admin cost set at $0. Benchmark, not a promise. This calculator counts cost only. For the return side, Nucleus Research’s 2024 review of CPQ ROI case studies found an average ROI of 121%, with payback inside 16 months of deployment. That is an average across deployments, many of them vendor-sponsored case studies, not a figure Kugamon guarantees.

Kugamon license: $65/user/month CPQ (published on the AppExchange listing; Quote to Cash and Subscription Management $95, Subscription Billing $125), billed annually; implementation is the published CPQ fee, $15K on a one-year term and $10K on two or three; admin is an estimate. Competitor figures are estimates: the midpoint of the low and high cases in our October 2026 competitor research, with no competitor’s admin cost set at $0. Revenue Cloud’s published list price is $200/user/month (Advanced; $150 Growth); the calculator uses $185, the midpoint of that list price and a discounted case. Contact Kugamon for a custom quote →

How the model works

Three lines per platform: licence (per user per month, times users, times months), implementation (one-time), and admin (annual). Kugamon licence is the published Mid-Market CPQ price of $65 per user per month with Quote to Cash and Subscription Management at $95 and Subscription Billing at $125 (AppExchange); Kugamon implementation is the published $15K–$30K by edition, $5K less on a two- or three-year term; the calculator uses the CPQ fee ($15K, or $10K on a two- or three-year term). Kugamon admin ($5,500 a year) is an estimate.

Every competitor figure is an estimate. For each competitor we built a low and a high case for licence, implementation and three years of admin, and the model uses the midpoint. Where the research found no admin figure, we keep our earlier estimate rather than show $0: a platform that runs partly outside Salesforce still needs someone to run it. Revenue Cloud’s licence midpoint sits below its $200 list price (Salesforce; $150 for Growth) because the low case applies a typical discount. The inputs: Revenue Cloud Advanced $185 per user per month, $375,000 implementation and $63,000 a year admin; Conga $117.50, $270,000 and $40,000; DealHub about $83, $50,000 and $28,000; Nue about $128, $84,500 and $40,000. Licence scales with users and years; implementation is one-time and admin is per year, and neither changes with the user count. Conga, DealHub and Nue publish no full per-user price list (Nue shows a starting price on AppExchange; Conga lists an offer only on AWS Marketplace). At 50 users over three years the totals are about $143,500 for Kugamon CPQ, $897,000 for Revenue Cloud Advanced, $601,500 for Conga, $435,500 for Nue and $283,000 for DealHub.

The model counts cost only; it does not estimate a return, so the ROI figure under the calculator is a labeled third-party benchmark, not an output of this model. Full method and assumptions: CPQ total cost of ownership and how this site sources its claims.

Kugamon’s: $65/$95/$95/$125 per user per month and $15K–$30K implementation by edition, $5K less on a multi-year term, on the AppExchange listing; its admin line is an estimate. Every competitor figure is an estimate, Revenue Cloud Advanced’s included: Salesforce publishes $150 (Growth) and $200 (Advanced) per user per month on salesforce.com, and the calculator uses $185, the midpoint of the $200 list price and a discounted case. Conga, DealHub and Nue publish no full per-user price list (Nue shows a starting price on AppExchange; Conga lists an offer only on AWS Marketplace). Basis: CPQ TCO.

Because implementation is one-time and licence and admin recur; a one-year view flatters platforms with low first-year cost and high recurring cost. Three years is the usual contract horizon. See CPQ TCO.
