Configure, price, quote, bill, collect and renew. All of it native to Salesforce.
Five workflows — Lead-to-Close, Lead-to-Bill, Lead-to-Cash, Lead-to-Revenue, Lead-to-Renewal — shipped as standard packaged functionality on Salesforce's own Product and Price Book. Four editions, priced per user and published. Configurable by a Salesforce admin, no custom Apex required.
Kugamon is a managed package that runs the revenue lifecycle inside Salesforce — configure, price, quote, sign, order, bill, collect, recognize and renew — on Salesforce's own Product and Price Book. No external database, no middleware, no sync. One admin can stand it up.
Five workflows, one package
Mid-market buyers increasingly want the workflow already designed in — standard packaged functionality, not a custom Salesforce build. Kugamon ships all five, and each is the previous one plus the next set of native records.
| Workflow | What Kugamon delivers natively in Salesforce |
|---|---|
| Lead → Close | Opportunity, CPQ, guided configuration, quoting, approvals, e-signature, won-deal automation |
| Lead → Bill | The above, plus order management, invoice generation and recurring invoice schedules |
| Lead → Cash | The above, plus a payment terminal, saved payment methods, applied payments, gateway connections (Stripe, Authorize.Net, PayPal, eWay), receivables and account-balance roll-ups |
| Lead → Revenue | The above, plus subscription management, asset tracking and MRR/ARR/TCV roll-ups feeding forecasting and recognition |
| Lead → Renewal | The above, plus automated renewal opportunities and renewal orders, renewal notice emails, price uplifts and multi-active-contract handling |
Each workflow has its own page under Solutions.
Four editions, published prices
Pricing is a two-by-two — company size by revenue model — and every price is published, per user, per month, on a 12-month term with annual billing and a 10-user minimum. KugamonCare standard support is included. Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Enterprise edition or higher is required.
| Edition | Who it is for | What is bundled | Per user per month |
|---|---|---|---|
| CPQ | Mid-Market / Enterprise (200+ employees), one-time products and services | Quotes and Orders | $65 |
| Quote to Cash | Startup (1–200 employees), one-time products and services | CPQ + Billing | $95 |
| Subscription Management | Mid-Market / Enterprise (200+ employees), subscription revenue | CPQ + Subscription Management | $95 |
| Subscription Billing | Startup (1–200 employees), subscription revenue | CPQ + Billing + Subscription Management | $125 |
Implementation is a fixed fee by edition — $15K for CPQ, $20K for Quote to Cash, $25K for Subscription Management, $30K for Subscription Billing, $5K less on a 2–3-year term — and typically takes 4–8 weeks with your admin doing the configuration. The pricing page has the terms in full.
Add-ons
- Revenue Management creates monthly Revenue records from Orders or Invoices for revenue recognition and reporting — a three-year order invoiced annually creates 36 monthly records on release, or 12 as each invoice is processed.
- Inventory adds Warehouses and Inventory records tied to Orders and Shipments: receive, adjust, move, and see sold and shipped quantities update on release and shipment.
- Account & Contact Sync is a free app for any Salesforce org: it fills blank shipping and contact addresses from the account, keeps matching addresses in sync, and mass-updates contact addresses from the account.

How the records fit together
Opportunity → Quote → Order → Order Release → Assets, Shipments and Invoices → Payments, with Contracts, Subscriptions and Renewal Opportunities added by Subscription Management and Revenue records by Revenue Management. The Quote is disposable. The Order is the record of the sale — every sale has one — and releasing it is the single event that fires everything downstream. Un-releasing reverses it cleanly as long as nothing has shipped and no invoice has been posted. That one design decision is why finance, sales and the admin can work from the same records without a reconciliation step.
Pick the edition. The platform is the same underneath.
CPQ
Quotes and orders on the standard Product and Price Book. Mid-Market / Enterprise, one-time products and services. $65 per user per month.
Open →Quote to Cash
CPQ plus billing: shipments, invoice schedules, payments, tax. Startup, one-time products and services. $95 per user per month.
Open →Subscription Management
CPQ plus contracts, subscriptions, assets and automated renewals. Mid-Market / Enterprise, subscription revenue. $95 per user per month.
Open →Subscription Billing
Quote to Cash and Subscription Management in one data model. Startup, subscription revenue. $125 per user per month.
Open →Native architecture
Why the data model is the product: standard objects, native reporting, no middleware and nothing to sync.
Open →AI & Agentforce
One unified data model is the AI substrate. Agentforce, the public skills library, and the Claude + Cirra AI walkthroughs.
Open →Payments & gateways
Stripe, Authorize.Net, PayPal and eWay. ACH processed, saved payment methods, applied payments, recurring charges.
Open →Security
A managed package that passed the AppExchange security review, running under Salesforce's security model with field-level security on every transaction.
Open →It is a two-by-two: company size and revenue model. Companies over 200 employees selling one-time products and services take CPQ at $65 per user per month; those running subscription revenue take Subscription Management at $95. Companies of 1 to 200 employees take Quote to Cash at $95 for one-time sales or Subscription Billing at $125 for subscriptions, both of which include billing. Every edition is on a 12-month term with annual billing and a 10-user minimum.
Two primary managed packages — Quote to Cash (CPQ plus billing) and the Subscription Management add-on — plus optional Revenue Management and Inventory add-ons and a free Account & Contact Sync app. They share one data model inside your org, so an Order released in one is the same Order the others act on.
Products, price books, accounts, opportunities, contracts and assets are the standard Salesforce objects. Quotes, orders, invoices, payments and subscriptions are Kugamon objects installed in your org by the managed package. There is no external database, no middleware and no API sync layer, so standard reports, field-level security, Flow and Agentforce work on the data the day you install.
Usually not. Implementations are instructor-led, one topic per session, with your Salesforce admin doing the configuration, and typically take 4 to 8 weeks. The implementation fee is fixed by edition — $15K for CPQ up to $30K for Subscription Billing, $5K less on a 2- or 3-year term — which is typically a quarter to a third of annual licensing.
Yes. A 30-day trial org comes with the full Subscription Billing edition installed — CPQ, Billing and Subscription Management — and admin rights, with no sales call required, and the AppExchange listing offers a Test Drive. Start from the pricing page or the AppExchange.
Both are native to Salesforce. Revenue Cloud Advanced introduces a new data model and lists at $200 per user per month on its Advanced tier; Kugamon uses the standard Product and Price Book, starts at $65, and typically deploys in 4 to 8 weeks. The comparison page shows the full matrix with sources, including where Revenue Cloud Advanced is the better fit.

★★★★★A new bar for RevOps
“As someone who has set up Salesforce CPQ before, I found Kugamon to be much more straightforward and easier to use. It took us just a few weeks to get going, rather than the few months or even years required by other systems.”
★★★★★Easy to understand, easy to implement
“This SFDC-native platform is lightweight but powerful, bringing the entire sales process onto one pane of glass. No more disconnected Opportunities and Quotes/Orders, no more fractured approval processes, just more control over everything. Implementation is a breeze.”
Configure, price, quote, sign, bill, collect, and renew.
All natively in Salesforce. Deploys in weeks, not months, usually without a systems integrator.
