CPQ comparisons: every platform a Salesforce team evaluates, side by side

Seven platforms come up when a Salesforce team evaluates CPQ in 2026: Salesforce CPQ (end of sale), Revenue Cloud Advanced, Conga (formerly Apttus), DealHub, Nue, Subskribe (now DealHub), and Kugamon. These pages compare them on architecture, data model, status, and published price — with a source link in every row and “not published” where a vendor publishes nothing.

How these comparisons are built

Each page compares products, never companies, and never against Salesforce the company. A row is either sourced to the vendor’s own documentation or pricing page, or it says so when the vendor publishes nothing. Third-party price listings are not repeated as fact. Where our ROI calculator uses an estimate, the page labels it and the chart hatches it. The full method is on the methodology page.

The two facts that shape every comparison

First: Salesforce CPQ is end of sale, not end of life. Salesforce stopped selling it to new customers in March 2025; existing customers can renew, add users and receive support, and no end-of-life date has been announced (Salesforce). Second: only two vendors publish a per-user price — Salesforce ($150 Growth / $200 Advanced for Revenue Cloud, pricing page) and Kugamon ($65–$125, AppExchange). Conga, DealHub and Nue quote each deal.

It depends on where you want quote data to live and who will own it. Products that keep every object in your org with a current roadmap: Revenue Cloud Advanced (Salesforce’s successor, $150–$200/user/month, 12–18 month rebuild in practice) and Kugamon (standard Products and Price Books, $65–$125, admin-led). DealHub and Nue run partly or wholly outside the org. Conga runs in the org with an optional off-platform pricing engine. See the five-question test.

Because they are the only ones published. Conga, DealHub and Nue quote each deal; we say “not published” rather than repeat third-party figures. Method: how we source claims.

A new bar for RevOps

“As someone who has set up Salesforce CPQ before, I found Kugamon to be much more straightforward and easier to use. It took us just a few weeks to get going, rather than the few months or even years required by other systems.”

★★★★★

Easy to understand, easy to implement

“This SFDC-native platform is lightweight but powerful, bringing the entire sales process onto one pane of glass. No more disconnected Opportunities and Quotes/Orders, no more fractured approval processes, just more control over everything. Implementation is a breeze.”

“Kugamon is an awesome tool that I found to be easy to understand and configure for our complex use case. Not to mention, they have a fantastic onboarding process that does a great job of covering every feature.”
