The fee covers the phases Kugamon leads, per its implementation data sheet: kick-off and install; baseline setup of settings, products and accounts; instructor-led training for Quote to Cash and, where purchased, Subscription Management, each block ending in a quiz; and launch with a go-live check-in. Two phases sit outside that: build-out (plan, design, build, test, deploy) is led by your admin or a partner and runs 0–6 weeks — zero when out-of-box functionality is sufficient — and data migration is optional, 2–6 weeks depending on data condition and size. Your team, or someone you designate, project-manages the engagement. No SI is required for a standard implementation. Typical durations by source: Salesforce CPQ 4–8 weeks, Revenue Cloud Advanced 4–8, Conga 6–10, DealHub 4–6, Nue 3–6, Subskribe 6–10, custom CPQ 6–12; with build-out and migration the data sheet’s range is one to three months. What drives the range: CPQ implementation cost.
