Support

Submit a case.A case number by email, then a person on the thread.

Fill in the form below and the case lands in Kugamon's US-based support queue. You get a case number by email, and a person replies on that thread. The more of the list below you include, the more often the first reply is the fix.

What to include

The first reply resolves more cases when the case carries:

  • Your Salesforce org ID, from Setup → Company Information; it starts with 00D and tells us which packages and versions you run.
  • The record IDs of the Quote, Order, Invoice, Payment, Contract or Subscription involved, copied from the URL.
  • The steps you took, in order, and what you expected to happen.
  • The exact error text, copied rather than paraphrased.
  • Screenshots, sent by reply to the case email once you have the case number; the form takes text only.

If the function you expected is described in a guide but is not enabled in your org — stored payment methods and Stripe wallets, for example — say so. Kugamon enables it with your administrator.

Two more routes reach the same queue. In Salesforce, open the App Launcher, search Kugamon, open Kugamon Central and click Support, right under Packages. Or email support@kugamon.com. The help center and the docs answer many questions without a case, and the support page lists hours and tiers.

In Salesforce, open Setup and search for Company Information; the Organization ID is on that page. It is a 15- or 18-character value that starts with 00D. It tells Kugamon which packages and versions your org runs, which saves a round trip.

Not on the form itself, which takes text. Once the case number arrives by email, reply to that message with screenshots, recordings or files and they attach to the case.

The queue is for customers and trial orgs. If you are evaluating Kugamon and have a product question, the contact page reaches sales and a demo, and the docs and video catalog are open to everyone without a case.
