DealHub pricing: what is published, what is not, and how to compare a quote
DealHub does not publish per-user pricing; its pricing page routes to sales. What is public: DealHub was founded in 2014, is headquartered in Austin and Tel Aviv, raised a $100M growth round led by Riverwood Capital in January 2026, acquired Subskribe in November 2025, and runs as an external platform syncing to Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics. Compare any quote you receive against the two published prices.

How to compare a DealHub quote
- Ask what the per-user line includes
CPQ, DealRoom, subscription billing and usage billing may be priced as modules. Get them as separate lines.
- Ask for the onboarding scope in writing
DealHub onboarding is vendor-led; ask for duration, who does what, and what happens to your Salesforce data model.
- Price the second admin surface
DealHub is administered in DealHub’s console. Someone maintains that as well as Salesforce.
- Put it next to the published prices
Kugamon publishes $65–$125 per user per month and a fixed $15,000–$30,000 implementation set by the edition. Salesforce publishes $150–$200 for Revenue Cloud.
The estimate our calculator uses, and why
The ROI calculator uses $120 per user per month, $75,000 implementation and $36,000 per year admin for DealHub at 50 users — a labeled estimate, hatched in every chart, so the comparison can be drawn at all. Replace it with your quote.
DealHub does not publish pricing; its pricing page asks you to contact sales (dealhub.io). For comparison, Kugamon publishes $65–$125 per user per month (AppExchange) and Salesforce publishes $150–$200 for Revenue Cloud (Salesforce).
DealHub has not published pricing before or after the November 2025 acquisition (explainer), so there is nothing public to compare. Subskribe customers should ask what their contract becomes on DealHub’s platform — see the Subskribe playbook.
