Try it first. Then buy it with us.A trial org with admin rights, a published price, an order form.

Three steps. Start a 30-day trial org — a full Salesforce Enterprise org with the complete Subscription Billing edition installed and admin rights — from the AppExchange listing or by asking us. Pick an edition from the published matrix. Then meet with the Kugamon team, who confirm the fit and issue an order form. The purchase itself is not an AppExchange checkout. The price is the published one, and the implementation fee is fixed.

Buying Kugamon is three steps: try it in a 30-day trial org with admin rights (start it from the AppExchange listing or ask us for one), pick an edition from the published price list, and meet with the Kugamon team for an order form. The purchase itself is not an AppExchange checkout, and there is no unpublished price waiting at the end.

Step 1 — start a 30-day trial org

The trial is a full Salesforce Enterprise org with the complete Subscription Billing edition installed — CPQ, Billing and Subscription Management, everything Kugamon sells — and admin rights, so you can evaluate any edition from the same org. It is not a guided demo and not a locked-down sandbox: you get Setup, the objects, the configurator and 30 days to run your own quotes, orders, invoices and renewals. No sales call is required.

Two ways to start one, both free:

  • Create it yourself from the AppExchange. Open the Kugamon listing on the Salesforce AppExchange and choose the free trial. The trial org is provisioned for you with the full Subscription Billing edition installed — no form, no call.
  • Ask us for one. Use the form on the contact page and say you want a trial org in the notes, or email info@kugamon.com, and we set it up and point you at the right walkthroughs for your edition.

The trial is governed by the Master Subscription Agreement, the same agreement that covers a paid subscription. If you would rather look before you try, the listing also offers a Test Drive, and the video catalog shows every task recorded in a real org.

Step 2 — pick an edition

Pricing is a two-by-two: company size by revenue model. Every price is published, per user, per month.

Edition Built for What is bundled Per user per month List
CPQ Mid-market and enterprise (200+ employees), one-time products and services CPQ only (Quotes and Orders) $65 $90
Quote to Cash Startup (1–200 employees), one-time products and services CPQ + Billing $95 $120
Subscription Management Mid-market and enterprise (200+ employees), subscription revenue CPQ + Subscription Management $95 $130
Subscription Billing Startup (1–200 employees), subscription revenue CPQ + Billing + Subscription Management $125 $160

The terms are the same on every edition: a 12-month subscription term billed annually, a 10-user minimum, KugamonCare standard support included, and Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Enterprise edition or higher. Monthly product releases are included at no extra charge. The pricing page has the full matrix, and the total cost of ownership guide explains why the right comparison is three-year cost, not the per-user line.

Step 3 — meet with the Kugamon team and sign the order form

Every purchase goes through a meeting with the Kugamon team. Book it from the contact page or email info@kugamon.com: the team confirms the edition, user count and term with you, then issues an order form that references the Master Subscription Agreement. The price on the order form is the published per-user price; there is no negotiation to sit through and no AppExchange checkout — the listing is where you start the trial, read the reviews and take the Test Drive. Once the order form is signed, the packages go into your production org or a sandbox, and licenses are managed in Salesforce under Manage Licenses, separately from Salesforce user licenses. Billing questions go to billing@kugamon.com.

What the fixed implementation fee covers

Implementation is a fixed fee set by the edition — $15K for CPQ, $20K for Quote to Cash, $25K for Subscription Management and $30K for Subscription Billing — and $5K less on a 2- or 3-year term. It is instructor-led, one topic per session, and typically finishes in 4–8 weeks. What it covers, and who leads each part:

Part What happens Who leads
Start, setup, training and launch Kickoff, package installation, one-time settings, product and account setup, functional training for the editions you bought, customization prep, go-live and a check-in one to two weeks later Kugamon
Build-out The configuration and automation captured during training: SKUs, flows, document layouts, terms Your Salesforce admin, or a consulting partner
Data migration (optional) Backfilling the org with open quotes, active contracts and the install base, on a separate thread Kugamon's Data Migration Expert with your admin

The implementation cost guide covers what drives the number at other vendors and why this one is fixed.

Buying checklist

Check Why it matters Where to look
Salesforce edition Kugamon requires Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Enterprise or higher Setup → Company Information
Revenue model One-time or subscription picks the row of the matrix Your price list
Company size 1–200 or 200+ employees picks the column Headcount
User count 10-user minimum; count everyone who quotes, orders, bills or renews Your org chart
Term A 2- or 3-year term takes $5K off the implementation fee Your budget cycle
Named admin The implementation is admin-led; someone owns configuration between sessions Your Salesforce team
Sandbox or production Decide where the packages go first Your change-management policy
Payment gateway Billing editions connect to Stripe, Authorize.Net, PayPal or eWay Your finance team
Data to migrate Open quotes, active contracts and the install base decide whether you need the migration thread Your current CPQ
Go-live date You set it; Kugamon matches your cadence Your calendar

Then put the numbers side by side in the ROI calculator.

When to hold off

If your org is below Enterprise edition or below 10 users, Kugamon is not the fit today. If you run more than one CRM, need deep standalone contract lifecycle management, or rate metered usage at very high volume, another product is a better fit for your stage; the product overview says which.

No. Start the free trial yourself from the Kugamon listing on the Salesforce AppExchange, or request one through the contact form or by email to info@kugamon.com. Either way you get a full Salesforce Enterprise org with the complete Subscription Billing edition installed (CPQ, Billing and Subscription Management) and admin rights for 30 days, whichever edition you end up buying. A demo is there if you want one; it is not a condition of the trial.

A separate Salesforce Enterprise org provisioned for the trial, with sample data and admin rights, so you can change anything without touching production. If you only want to look, the AppExchange listing also offers a Test Drive, and the video catalog shows every task recorded in a real org.

No. Every edition carries a 10-user minimum on a 12-month term with annual billing. Above that you buy the number of people who will create quotes, orders, invoices or subscriptions. Licenses are assigned and removed under Manage Licenses in Salesforce, separately from Salesforce user licenses.

No. The AppExchange listing is where you start the free trial, read the reviews and take the Test Drive; the purchase itself goes through a meeting with the Kugamon team and an order form that references the Master Subscription Agreement. The fee covers the Kugamon-led sessions: kickoff, installation, setup, functional training for the editions you bought, customization prep, go-live and the check-in. Build-out between sessions is done by your admin or a consulting partner, and data migration runs as an optional separate thread. Extensions are available if you need more sessions; ask your Engagement Manager.
