Three free tools for a CPQ decision: model 3-year cost across five platforms at your user count, get a migration timeline range from twelve questions, and look up where every object lands.

Three tools for the arithmetic a CPQ decision actually turns on: what it costs over three years, how long a migration takes, and where your data lands. All three run in the browser, none of them ask for an email address, and every figure is either published by the vendor or labelled as an estimate.

Cost, before a conversation

The ROI calculator models three-year cost for five platforms at your user count and term. Kugamon's side is published pricing — $65 to $125 per user per month by edition, plus a fixed implementation fee of $15K to $30K by edition, $5K less on a two- or three-year term. Revenue Cloud Advanced uses Salesforce's published $150 Growth and $200 Advanced per user per month. Conga, DealHub and Nue publish no list prices, so those columns are estimates and say so.

The number that matters is rarely the monthly one. Implementation, admin time and the cost of the year you spend not selling usually move the total more than the per-user rate does, which is why the calculator shows all of them and breaks the result down by line.

Timing, before a commitment

The migration readiness check asks twelve questions about the things that decide how long the work takes — catalog size, how much pricing logic lives in Apex, how many approvals and integrations move with you, and whether you can run one quote cycle in parallel. It returns a range and the three pages worth reading next for your situation.

A Kugamon migration from Salesforce CPQ typically runs 4–8 weeks because the catalog stays on the standard Product and Price Book. A full Revenue Cloud Advanced rebuild runs 12–18 months in practice, because the catalog, pricing and transaction objects are a different model that has to be rebuilt rather than moved.

Objects, before a plan

The object mapper is a lookup: type an object from Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Revenue Cloud Advanced, DealHub or Nue and it shows what that record becomes in Kugamon. Most of it lands on objects a Salesforce admin already knows — Product2, Pricebook2, Quote, Order — and the useful part of the answer is the short list that has no equivalent, because that is the list a migration plan has to account for.

If the tools leave you with a question rather than an answer, the pricing page has the full table and Start here narrows a migration path in three questions.

No. All three run in your browser, nothing is submitted, and there is no form in front of them. The ROI calculator's result is shareable as a link because the user count and term are in the URL, not because anything was stored.

Kugamon's prices are published: $65 to $125 per user per month by edition, with a fixed implementation fee of $15K to $30K by edition. Revenue Cloud Advanced is Salesforce's published $150 Growth and $200 Advanced per user per month. Conga, DealHub and Nue do not publish list prices, so their figures are labelled estimates based on ecosystem benchmarks, not vendor-published numbers.

It returns a range, not a date. The range comes from what usually drives the work: how many products are in the catalog, how much pricing logic sits in code rather than in rules, how many approvals and integrations have to move, and whether anyone can run a parallel cycle. A scoping call is what turns a range into a date.

Then it usually has no Kugamon equivalent, which is worth knowing early — that is the list that decides whether a migration is straightforward or needs a custom object. The mapper says so explicitly rather than leaving the row blank.

★★★★★

A new bar for RevOps

“As someone who has set up Salesforce CPQ before, I found Kugamon to be much more straightforward and easier to use. It took us just a few weeks to get going, rather than the few months or even years required by other systems.”

★★★★★

Depth and Details

“They came well-prepared, asked the right questions, and provided genuinely useful guidance that helped us move forward with confidence. It’s rare to find a partner who engages with this level of thoroughness at such an early stage.”
