Migrate from DealHub to Kugamon: the playbook

DealHub is an external quote-to-revenue platform that syncs to Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics; your quotes live in DealHub and a copy lands in the CRM. Kugamon keeps every quote, order and subscription as a Salesforce record your admin owns. The move is typically 4–6 weeks; DealHub does not publish pricing, Kugamon publishes $65 per user per month.

Should you leave DealHub?

  • You run several CRMs and DealHub is the common quoting layerDealHub is doing its job — stay
  • Salesforce is your only CRM and you want one system of recordKugamon fits — every quote is a Salesforce record
  • You came from Subskribe and are being moved onto DealHubSee the Subskribe playbook first

Where you are

DealHub is multi-CRM by design — quote and order data lives outside your Salesforce org, so reps context-switch to a separate app and pipeline forecasts run on stale CRM records. Kugamon is 100% Salesforce-native: reps quote inside Lightning, and every record lives in your org in real time.

DealHub was designed as a multi-CRM tool, which means Salesforce is one of several supported platforms, not the design center. Your quote and order data lives in DealHub, not in your Salesforce org. Reps leave Lightning to transact, sync layers go stale, and pipeline forecasts run on CRM records that are always a step behind reality. DealHub is headquartered in Israel — confirm support hours for your time zone. It acquired Subskribe on November 19, 2025 and closed a $100M growth round led by Riverwood Capital on January 20, 2026. Kugamon is the #1 rated CPQ on AppExchange — built exclusively for Salesforce, not retrofitted from a multi-CRM platform. Reps quote inside Lightning. All quote, order, and billing data lives in your Salesforce org in real time. Pipeline forecasts are accurate the moment a quote is created, and Agentforce can read every record without a custom connector. US-based support.

This is the whole argument in one picture: DealHub is the system of record and Salesforce holds a synced copy.

The migration, step by step

  1. DealHub Data Export

Export product catalog, pricing rules, playbooks, and historical quotes from DealHub. Identify which historical records need Salesforce visibility.

  2. Salesforce Data Cleanup

Since DealHub stores data externally, deduplicate and reconcile any out-of-sync Opportunities or Accounts in Salesforce before Kugamon install.

  3. Configure Kugamon

Rebuild guided selling paths and playbooks natively in Kugamon. The Setup Wizard makes this an admin-level task with no coding.

  4. Sales Team Enablement

Train reps on the Lightning-native workflow. Most DealHub users adapt quickly — the Salesforce context removes the login friction they were used to.

  5. Go-Live

Activate Kugamon. Disable DealHub integration. Reps now quote and order entirely within Salesforce — no external app switching.

Common questions

From DealHub — FAQ

All questions →

DealHub is a multi-CRM platform — it supports Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and others, which means none of them is the design center. Quote and order data lives in DealHub’s own database, not your Salesforce org, and a sync layer keeps the two in approximate alignment. Kugamon is built exclusively for Salesforce. Every quote, order, invoice, and subscription record is a native Salesforce object — no external storage, no sync, no drift.

Yes. The Excel reversion pattern almost always traces back to context-switching: reps don’t want to leave the CRM to quote. Kugamon runs entirely inside Salesforce Lightning, so reps never leave the Account or Opportunity record they’re working on. The quoting workflow is designed for rep velocity first, compliance second — if it’s faster than the rep’s current workaround, they’ll use it.

Kugamon works with Agentforce out of the box because it’s 100% native Salesforce. Agentforce agents read Kugamon quote, order, and billing data the same way they read any other Salesforce record — no custom connector, no API mapping, no integration project. Bolt-on tools like DealHub require a sync layer to participate in the Agentforce ecosystem; Kugamon is already there.

DealHub guided-selling playbooks rebuild cleanly in Kugamon, often with fewer steps because Kugamon’s Setup Wizard handles guided selling natively in Salesforce. Most teams use the migration as an opportunity to retire stale or rarely-used paths. Typical timeline is 4–6 weeks end-to-end, including a parallel-run validation period.

Most Kugamon migrations complete in 4–8 weeks — against the 12–18 months a Revenue Cloud Advanced rebuild takes in practice. We've been building Salesforce-native CPQ since 2009, across 150+ companies. We know where the traps are, and we've built a proven process to avoid them. You keep your Salesforce data, your product catalog, and your pricing rules. We handle the rest.

For Salesforce CPQ customers, your data stays in Salesforce — because Kugamon is in Salesforce. There's no database migration, no export-import, no data mapping to an external system. Your product catalog, price books, quotes, and order history remain exactly where they are. For teams migrating from outside Salesforce — including DealHub, Nue, Conga, or a custom-built CPQ — Kugamon supports data imports to bring your product catalog, pricing, and historical quote data into Salesforce. Either way, we've done it before and we'll guide you through it.
